Short Stay (when available)
During some weeks we offer the opportunity to come to the ranch without having to commit to a full week’s stay (check our Available dates page). Appropriately enough, we have called these the Short Stays. You can stay in a tent cabin for just an overnight (two-night minimum in a log cabin) or up to a week. Meals (breakfast, a sack lunch for the trail, and dinner) are included in the Short Stay price. You park your car at Florence Lake and can either walk around the lake and in to the ranch (11 miles), or you can buy a ticket to ride the ferry across the lake to the south landing. From the south landing it is a 5-mile hike in to the ranch. As shown below, you can get your luggage hauled in to or out from the ranch (on Wednesdays and Saturdays only).
  • Log cabins (two-night minimum stay) Adults $155 per adult per night double occupancy
    Single occupancy per adult $210 per night
    Kids 12 and under $105 per person per night
  • Tent cabins (no minimum stay) $140 per adult per night, single or double occupancy
    Kids 12 and under $105 per person per night
  • On Wednesdays and Saturdays only, we will haul your luggage in and out from Florence Lake to the ranch (a 5 mile distance). There is a $25 charge per person, round trip. Weight limit is 35 pounds per person.
  • Remember, meals are included in the Short Stay rates.

Reserving your space To secure your space, send payment to cover the first night’s stay for each person when you make your reservation. The balance for your stay will be due upon departure. You can pay by check or online by credit card here, and we accept cards at the ranch when you depart.
